At MeTV Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MeTV Mall account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
